Dr Victoria Hurth works at the evolutionary edge of how business is done. She has over 20 years of experience working in the space where marketing, management and sustainability meet. She is a vibrant systems thinker who believes that businesses have a key role to play in reorganising how we turn resources into wellbeing for all.
A previous Director of the Plymouth Social Enterprise Network, Victoria is now a Senior Associate at the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership. She helps businesses focus on purpose, governance, marketing, leadership, strategy, culture, identity and consumer behaviour and use them as levers to turn long-term aspirations into reality. Her research and thought pieces have been published by Nature Climate Change, The New Scientist and Sustainable Development.
She is Convenor of ISO37000 (a global standard being developed on ‘Guidance for the Governance of Organizations’) and is working to develop British Standards on Social Value.
