Plymouth’s Warrior for the Human Spirit.
Helen’s well-being practice helps people become spiritual warriors and compassionate leaders.
Since 2016 Helen has been training as a Warrior for the Human Spirit – a leadership programme facilitated by the international writer, speaker, teacher, community worker, consultant, advisor, and leader, Margaret ‘Meg’ Wheatley.
As Meg says, ‘We need leaders who put service over self, stand steadfast in crises and failures, and who display unshakable faith that people can be generous, creative, and kind’. Helen does her best to live this and bring more of it to the world through her work.
Helen is currently working as a circle practitioner and as a researcher taking a Masters in Creative Education. She the Founding Director of a social enterprise in Plymouth, called ‘Being in Circle’.
